基于层次分析-加权平均算子的建筑安装工程造价风险评价研究

Research on Cost Risk Assessment of Construction and Installation Project Based on AHP-weighted Average Operator

为加强建筑工程造价管理,将风险管理方法理论与实际的造价管理相结合,借鉴国内外相关经验,针对我国建筑工程项目造价管理存在的风险进行分析。以某安装工程为例,从全生命周期流程入手,分析其中的造价管理风险,提取指标,构建了一套建筑安装工程造价风险评价指标体系,运用层次分析法-加权平均算子的模糊综合评价法模型对其进行评估。结果表明,该建筑安装工程造价风险趋近于“较低”,工程可以实施,为项目风险管理提供借鉴,以期达到合理评价项目风险的目的。

In order to promote construction project cost management, the study combines risk management method theory with practical cost management, borrows from experience at home and abroad, and analyzes the risks of construction project cost management in China. Through taking installation project as an example, the study starts from full life circle process, analyzes the cost management risk, extracts index, constructs a set of index system of cost risk assessment of building installation project, and evaluates with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of AHP-weighted average operator. The results show that the risk of building installation project cost is “lower”. The project can be implemented to provide project risk management, in order to realize rational evaluation of project risk.
