摘要
为探究全身震动训练(WBV)对步行能力的改善,综述了其对骨关节、神经肌肉、人体感觉因素的作用。其主要表现为可提高人的骨密度,预防潜在受伤风险;抑制和改善疼痛,提高肌力;提高平衡与协调能力,降低肌张力;可能会改善人的本体感觉。以上因素会直接或间接改善人的步行能力。未来,要加强WBV对平衡、协调、感觉方面的影响研究,分析其作用机制。
The study explores the improvement of walking through whole-body vibration training(WBV), and summarizes the function of bone joint, nerve muscle and human sensory factor. It can improve people’s bone mineral density, prevent injury risk;inhibit and improve pain, improve myodynamia;improve balance and coordination ability, reduce muscular tension;and improve people’s proprioception. The factors above can directly and indirectly improve people’s walking ability. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen WBV on the influence of balance, coordination and feeling, and analyze its mode of action.
