肩关节盂唇有限元分析研究进展

摘要 为掌握肩关节盂唇损伤的生物力学机制,介绍了肩关节有限元模型分类和主要的建模技术,综述了肩关节盂唇损伤的生物力学研究进展,包括肩关节前向不稳定相关损伤和SLAP损伤。总结了肩关节盂唇损伤的有限元分析研究,应将其与临床相结合,应用最新的影像学和传感技术,对有限元模型进行验证,对病例治疗效果进行预测并给予临床反馈。 In order to grasp the biomechanics mechanism of shoulder glenoid labrum, the study introduces the classification of shoulder joint finite element model and the main modelling technology;reviews the research progress of biomechanics of shoulder glenoid labrum, such as the anterior instability related injury of shoulder joint and SLAP injury. Then the study summarizes the finite element analysis research of shoulder joint glenoid labrum. It is suggested to combine with clinics, apply the latest iconography and sensor technology, verify finite element model, predict therapeutic effect and provide feedback for the clinic.
