Agile innovation achieves the optimization of enterprise value under the limit resources with organizational agile innovation, process agile innovation and product agile innovation. The coupling between lean entrepreneurship and agile innovation can help businesses to better respond to the rapid and complex changes in the environment. To achieve this goal, we should develop precision minimalist prototype based on customer’s needs, continuously implement the iterative process, do well in human resource and team management, establish good communication and coordination mechanism, etc, to achieve the coupling between lean entrepreneurship and agile innovation.
