江苏农村智能化养老模式探究

根据人口普查相关数据进行测算可知,江苏农村老年人口会比城市老年人口多出约20%,农村“未备先老”“未富先老”问题较为突出。分析了江苏农村养老模式现状,发现江苏农村发展智能化养老面临一些问题:农村的互联网普及度低于城镇,在农村老年人医疗服务设施建设方面求过于供。关于智能化养老的相关法律制度尚不完善。运用互联网、物联网、智能语音、云技术、定位系统等先进的信息手段构建“系统+服务+老人+终端”的智能化养老服务平台,及时满足老年人在生活、安全、健康、娱乐等方面的合理需求。面对目前智能化养老专业服务平台存在的人才缺口,需要从高校层面、政府层面、社会层面拓宽养老服务人员的培养渠道,加快智能化养老服务的创新发展能够更好地推动江苏农村养老产业的健康发展,减轻家庭养老负担。

The study discusses rural intelligent endowment pattern in Jiangsu Province, calculates the relevant data of demographic census. The number of aging population in rural Jiangsu is 20% larger than urban Jiangsu. The problems of “aging before preparation and getting rich” are prominent. The study analyzes the present situation of endowment pattern in rural Jiangsu. There are some problems of intelligent endowment in rural Jiangsu. The internet popularization of rural areas is lower than urban areas. The demands of the construction of rural elderly medical service are more than supply. The related law of intelligent endowment is imperfect. Through the application of advanced information means, such as internet, internet of things, intelligent voice, cloud technology and positioning system, etc., intelligent endowment service platform of “system + service + elderly + terminal” is constructed to satisfy the rational demand of living, safety, healthy and entertainment, etc. in time. There is lack of intelligent endowment service platform at present. It is necessary to widen the training channel of people who provide service for the elderly from college, government and society aspects, and speed up the innovation and development of intelligent endowment service to promote the healthy development of endowment industry in rural Jiangsu, and reduce the burden of family endowment.
