Design Strategy of Road Reconstruction in the Old Residential Area

结合镇江市老旧小区改造经验,指出了老旧小区道路改造中的常见问题,提出了改造原则及设计策略:统筹规划老旧小区内、外部交通系统;优化停车空间,推广绿色能源;各专业协同合作,促进老旧小区改造效益最大化;引入海绵城市设计理念,建设生态城市;打造“人性化”小区道路。通过统筹安排、合理布局,充分发挥小区道路的使用功能,为老旧小区道路改造设计提供思路与方向。

Through combining with the experience of the transform of the old residential area in Zhenjiang City, the study points out the common problems;and proposes the reform principle and design strategies, i.e. to cooperate with plan internal and external transportation system as a whole;optimize parking space, promote green power;cooperate various specialties, promote the maximization of the benefits of old residential area reform;introduce the design concept of sponge city, construct ecological city;create “humanization” roads of the residential area. Through overall arrangement and rational allocation, the utilization function of the roads of old residential area is fully played, to provide thinking and orientation of road reform design of the old residential area.
