In order to effectively improve the quality of box girder technology in municipal bridge construction, grasp the characteristics of construction technology and technical principle, and do well in the key point control of the technology, the study introduces the mechanical characteristics of municipal bridge construction;points out the problems;and analyzes the key points of the application of box girder technology, including support basic construction, support installation, manufacture and installment, rebar construction, pour of concrete construction, prestress tension and duct grouting, etc., to further improve the application level of box girder technology, guarantee the quality engineering construction, and promote the stable development of municipal bridge construction.
