国内人力资源服务业研究综述——基于CNKI 2002—2022年的文献分析

Review of the Research on Human Resource Service Industry in China--Based on Literature Analysis of CNKI from 2002 to 2022

人力资源服务业是生产性服务业的重要组成部分,在优化人才配置、促进社会就业、提高劳动者素质、推动产业转型升级发展等方面发挥着非常重要的作用。以2002—2022年CNKI数据库文献为基础,从文献数据、研究演进、文献内容三个视角分析了我国人力资源服务业研究现状,并对未来的研究方向提出了建议。

Human resource service industry is an important part of producer service industry,which plays a very important role in optimizing the allocation of talents,promoting social employment,improving the quality of workers,and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,etc.Based on the literature of CNKI database from 2002 to 2022,the study analyzes the present research situation of human resource service industry in China from the perspectives of literature data,research evolution and literature content;and puts forward some suggestions for the future research direction.
