医教协同医学生职业认同的影响因素及教育效果观察

Influencing Factors of Medical Education Cooperation Medical Students’Professional Identity and the Education Effect Observation

从2020年9月—2021年9月,对120名医教协同医学生进行为期3个月的医学人文教育,并观察研究促进或阻碍医学人文思想树立的相关因素,所得数据采用常量比较法分析。积极影响因素主要包括良好的社会医疗环境和社会舆论导向、正确的医学职业态度、正面的医疗人文环境、高水平的医疗服务质量和医院管理与政策、积极的医学人文教育和医学人文实践、医学典型榜样等。阻碍因素主要包括错误的舆论导向、较差的医疗环境和消极的医学人文教育、医学史学教育的缺失、较低的医学服务水平和医务人员不足等。医学人文教育可培养医学生人文精神,提高职业认同感。

From September,2020 to September,120 medical education cooperation medical students have participated in three-month medical humanistic education.The study observes and studies the relevant factors that promote or hinder the establishment of medical humanistic thought.The obtained data are analyzed by constant comparison method.The positive factors mainly include good social medical environment and public opinion guidance,correct medical professional attitude,positive medical humanistic environment,high-level medical service quality and hospital management and policy,positive medical humanistic education and medical humanistic practice,medical typical examples and so on.The obstacles mainly include wrong public opinion guidance,bad medical environment and negative medical humanities education,lack of medical history education,low medical service level and shortage of medical personnel.Medical humanistic education can cultivate the medical humanistic spirit and professional identity of medical students.
