子女数目对农村老人主观幸福评价的影响

Influence of the Number of Children on Subjective Well-being of Rural Elderly

以探究子女数目对农村老人主观幸福评价产生的影响为目的,对中国综合社会调查(CGSS)公布的数据进行分析。考虑到研究方法和研究目的,选择了年龄超过60岁且户籍为农村的老年人为观测对象,剔除有缺陷的无效样本后,可观测的有效样本数量为1937个。选取相关变量构建二元logistic回归模型,并运用Stata软件进行分析,得出相关结论:在5%的统计水平上,子女数目与农村老年人的幸福感呈正相关,儿子数目的上升对于农村老年人幸福感的提升不如女儿数目的上升,儿子数目对于农村老年人的主观幸福评价影响未通过显著性检验,对此提出了相应建议:要切实履行好作为子女在家庭中的责任与义务,鼓励且积极引导老年人参与到丰富多彩的家庭活动、社会活动中去,打造多元化养老模式,积极推进养老事业的发展,推进和落实老有所养的具体举措,在全社会的共同努力下,令农村老年人的幸福感不断提升。

In order to explore the influence of the number of children on subjective well-being of rural elderly,the study analyzes the data issued by CGSS,and selects rural elderly over 60 years old as the research subjects.After the elimination of defective invalid samples,1937 effective samples are got.Binary logistic regression model is constructed,and Stata software is used to analyze the data.The number of children is positively correlated with the well-being of rural elderly.The influence of well-being of rural elderly by the increase of the number of the sons is not up to the increase of the number of the daughters.There is not statistically significant difference of the number of sons on the well-being of the rural elderly.Therefore,corresponding suggestions are proposed,i.e.to implement the responsibility and obligation of children in family,encourage and actively guide the elderly to participate in rich and colorful family and social activities,create diversified endowment pattern,actively promote endowment career development,and promote and implement specific measures of endowment.Under the joint effort of the whole society,the well-being of rural elderly will be continuously improved.
