激励理论下大学生成就目标定向影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 对激励理论下的大学生成就目标定向影响因素进行了分析。选取310名大学生作为研究对象,让其填写调查问卷,共回收问卷301份,有效率97.10%。采用孙文雅编制的成就目标定向量表,用5点计分标准,得分越高代表越接近这一目标。将大学生的成就目标定向前测与常模进行比较,发现大学生的成就目标定向更加倾向于逃避任务和避免他人对自己进行评价。通过多重比较发现,大一年级学生的成绩趋近目标得分最高,说明大一学生更加关注结果,较为重视他人对自己的评价。从大学生的成就目标定向前后测对比结果看,前后测的均值分发生了明显变化,说明在激励教育引导下,大学生的成就目标定向有所改变。高校应重点关注不同年级学生的成就目标定向现状,营造属于精神激励的仪式感,将精神激励的应用价值最大化。 The study analyzes the influencing factors of college students’achievement goal orientation under motivation theory,and selects 310 college students as the research objects.Questionnaire survey is done.301 questionnaires are recycled,and the effective rate is 97.10%.Achievement Goal Orientation Scale is compiled by Sun Wenya,and 5-point score standard is used.The higher the score is,the closer the goal is.The study compares the achievement objective orientation measurement of college students and the norm.It is found that achievement objects of college students tend to the avoidance of task and evaluation from others.Through multiple comparison,the scores of freshmen is the highest,indicating that freshmen pay more attention to the results and evaluation from others.Through the comparison of achievement goal orientation of college students before and after measurement,the scores change significantly,indicating the achievement goal orientation of college students changes under the guidance of stimulation education.College should pay attention to the present situation of achievement goal orientation of students of different grades,help them to create the sense of ceremony of spiritual motivation and to maximize the application value of spiritual simulation.
