多维度完美主义心理对大学生就业焦虑的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Multidimensional Perfectionism on Employment Anxiety of College Students

以探讨多维度完美主义心理对大学生就业焦虑产生的影响为研究目的,用随机抽样调查方式对330名大学生进行调研,让其填写就业焦虑问卷和多维度完美主义问卷。从调研结果看,大学生追求完美主义的心理水平较高,大部分大学生存在就业焦虑现象,主要表现在担忧就业前景、缺乏就业支持、自信心不足和就业竞争压力这四个方面。独生子女与非独生子女大学生在多维度完美主义心理、父母期望、个人标准和行动疑虑上存在显著性差异。担心错误与自信心不足、就业焦虑呈显著性正相关,条理性与自信心不足呈显著性负相关,父母期望、个人标准、多维度完美主义与自信心不足呈显著性正相关。建议高校引导大学生多多了解积极心理学,制订适合自己的就业目标,学会接纳不完美的自己。

The study explores the research objective of multidimensional perfectionism on employment anxiety of college students,investigates 330 college students randomly through employment anxiety questionnaire and multi-dimensional perfectionism questionnaire.Investigation results show that the mental level of college students’pursue of perfectionism is relatively higher;most college students have employment anxiety,which mainly represents the anxiety of employment prospects,lack of employment support,lack of self-confidence and employment competition stress.There is significant negative difference in multi-dimensional perfectionism,parents’expectation,individual standards and behavior misgiving between only child and not only child.Worry of mistakes is positively related with lack of confidence and employment anxiety.There is significant negative correlation between rationality and lack of confidence.There is significant positive correlation between parents’expectation,individual standards,multi-dimensional perfectionism and lack of confidence.It is suggested for colleges to guide college students to know positive psychology,formulate employment objective which is suitable for themselves,and learn to accept imperfect themselves.
