文旅融合背景下本科酒店管理专业人才培养路径研究

Research on Path of Undergraduate Talent Cultivation in Hospitality Management Under the Background of Integration of Culture and Tourism

为适应文旅融合对酒店管理专业人才的要求,从本科酒店管理专业人才培养的课程改革、专业实践教育、国际化教育以及人才评价体系四个角度阐述当前国内本科酒店管理专业人才培养现状及存在的问题:文化素养的培养目标欠缺,校内实训、实践内容空泛,国际化培养能力偏弱,人才培养评价体系有待完善。提出了文旅融合背景下酒店管理专业人才培养路径:明确文旅融合人才目标,开展课程改革,开设培养学生文旅融合素养、意识和能力的课程;加强实训基地建设,仿真酒店业运营场景,使学生了解酒店业态、运营管理、文旅创新;增强国际化教学能力,树立全球观意识,了解国内外文旅融合项目以及酒店业发展的前沿动态;建立符合文旅融合素养的人才评价体系,确立多元化的文旅融合素养人才评价方式和评价主体,从而不断调整、深化、增强人才培养能力,为我国的酒店业培养出符合文旅融合要求的酒店管理人才。

In order to adapt to the requirements of the integration of culture and tourism on hospitality management talents,the study expounds the present situation of talent training of hospitality management major of the college at home and abroad,and the problems from the following four aspects,i.e.curriculum reform,professional practical education,international education and talent evaluation system.The training objective of culture literacy is lack.The content of practical training in school and practice is not specific.International training ability is weak.Talent training evaluation system is imperfect.The pathway of talent cultivation in hospitality management major under the background of integration of culture and tourism is proposed,i.e.to clarify the objective of culture and tourism integration talent training,reform curriculum,develop the curriculum to train students’culture and tourism literacy,consciousness and ability;promote training base construction,stimulate hospitality industry operation scene,help students to know hospitality industry,operation management and culture and tourism innovation;promote international teaching ability,establish global consciousness,know the culture and tourism integration project and frontier dynamic of hospitality development;establish talent evaluation system which accords with culture and tourism integration literacy,establish diversified culture and tourism integration literacy talent evaluation method and evaluation subjects,in order to continuously adjust,deepen and enhance talent training ability,and train more hospitality management talents for culture and tourism integration for hospitality industry in China.
