职业院校科技创新评价体系完善与优化研究——基于产学研融合视角

基于产学研融合视角,对职业院校科技创新评价体系的完善与优化进行了探讨。科技创新能力评价指标包括创新投入能力、协同创新能力、产出能力和服务能力。科技创新评价具有重要价值,能够为协同创新提供保障,优化资源配置,提高创新质量。基于产学研融合背景下职业院校科技创新评价体系现存问题提出了合理建议:完善创新能力评价机制,打造互利共赢的科创模式;加强对评价体系的监督,找到漏洞并及时解决;打造高素质的评价队伍,不断提升评价人员的积极性与专业性;认识到科技创新能力评价的重要性,不断提升评价意识。相信在各主体的共同努力下,职业院校科技创新评价体系的完善与优化能够达到理想的效果。

Based on the perspective of the integration of industry,education and research,the study discusses the perfect of and optimization of scientific and technological innovation evaluation system of vocational colleges.The evaluation indexes of science and technology innovation include innovation input,collaborative innovation,productive competence and service ability.There is important value for scientific and technological innovation evaluation,i.e.to guarantee collaborative innovation,optimize resource allocation,and improve innovation quality.Under the background of the integration of industry,education and research,rational suggestions for scientific and technological innovation evaluation system of vocational colleges are proposed,i.e.to perfect innovation ability evaluation mechanism,create win-win scientific innovation model;promote supervision of evaluation index,find out gaps and solve problems in time;establish high quality evaluation team,continuously improve the enthusiasm and professionalism of evaluation personnel;realize the importance of scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation;continuously improve evaluation consciousness.Under the joint effort of all parties,scientific and technological innovation evaluation system of vocational colleges can be perfected and optimized.
