摘要
对高职医学院校课程思政的教学改革进行探讨,找出其教学改革存在一些问题:课程目标定位不明确,课程思政机制不灵活,对课程思政教学理念理解不到位。提出了推进高职医学专业课程思政教学改革路径:提升医学专业课教师对课程思政的认知能力,加强师德师风建设,明确课程思政在专业课教学中的作用;注重医学专业课教师对课程思政教学方法的掌握程度,提高专业课教师挖掘思政元素的能力,加强医学专业课教师与思政教师的合作,注重课程思政与医学专业课教学的有机融入;积极投身于课程思政教学改革实践,将社会发展引入到医学专业课程中,探索思政元素在医学专业课中的应用途径。教师在育人道路上要坚守自己的职业观念,履行自己的职责,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴增光添色。
The study explores the teaching reform of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational medical colleges,and finds out some problems in the teaching reform,such as unclear course objective position,inflexible course ideological and political mechanism,and insufficient understanding of the teaching concept of curriculum ideology and politics.The reform path of the promotion of medical curriculum ideological and political teaching reform in higher vocational medical colleges is proposed,i.e.to improve the cognition ability of course ideology and politics of medical professional course teachers,strengthen the construction of professional ethics,clarify the function of curriculum ideology and politics in professional curriculum teaching;pay attention to the mastery degree of medical professional teachers in the teaching method of ideological and political education,improve the ability of professional course teachers to dig ideological and political elements,strengthen the cooperation of medical professional teachers with ideological and political ones,pay attention to the organic integration of course ideology and politics,and medical professional teaching;actively engage into the practice of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform,introduce social development into medical major curriculum,and explore the application path of ideological and political elements into medical professional courses.Teachers should stick to their occupational concept,and carry out their responsibilities,to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
