本科毕业生就业影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the Employment of Graduates

摘要 对本科毕业生就业影响因素进行探讨,分析了不同就业阶段存在的问题,包括就业准备阶段,求职自荐书存在客观问题;求职进行阶段,对就业信息资源的筛选甄别存在客观问题;就业决策阶段,对于决策决定存在客观问题。运用扎根理论展开讨论,将哈尔滨理工大学在校的大三、大四学生和工作时间小于三年的哈尔滨理工大学往届毕业生作为研究对象,抽样单位为哈尔滨理工大学学生,共15人。研究人员通过对资料进行拆解分析、归纳总结,最终确定了影响大学生求职就业的14个重要因素。从调研结果看,一些高校在对就业信息进行筛选甄别过程中存在不够深入问题,应届本科生缺乏社会经验,在刚进入求职市场面对大量的求职信息时不免会感到茫然焦虑。提出了几点提高大学生就业率的合理方法,旨在通过“创造本科生自身求职核心竞争力”这一核心要点来提高大学生的就业率。 The study explores the influencing factors of employment of graduates,analyzes the problems of different stages of employment,i.e.the objective problems of employment self-recommendation letter in employment preparation stage,the selection of employment information resources in employment stage,and the decision-making in employment decision-making stage.Based on Grounded Theory,the study selects junior and senior students,and the previous graduates whose working time is less than three years in Harbin University of Science and Technology as the research objects.15 students of Harbin University of Science and Technology are selected.Through the analysis and summary of the data,14 important influencing factors college students’employment are determined.The investigation results show that some colleges don’t deeply explore the employment information;fresh undergraduate students lack social experience,and feel anxiety when facing with the large amount of application information.It is suggested to create the key point of“the creation of core competitiveness of college students’self job hunting”for college students to improve employment rate.
