呼吸道病毒和细菌共感染分子机制研究进展 被引量:3

Research advances on molecular mechanism of respiratory virus and bacteria co-infection

摘要 呼吸道感染性疾病严重威胁人畜健康,可导致人和动物免疫功能低下,严重的导致感染性肺炎,甚至引起死亡。呼吸道病毒和细菌共感染是引起该类疾病的重要病因,其共感染机制问题已日益受到业界的广泛关注。现从病原相互作用、病理损伤和宿主免疫调控机制等方面,对近年来呼吸道病毒和细菌共感染的分子机制研究进展进行了综述,以期为病毒和细菌共感染机制的深入研究及呼吸道感染性疾病防控提供重要理论参考。 Respiratory tract infectious diseases seriously threaten the health of humans and animals, and can cause immune dysfunction, pneumonia and even death of humans and animals.Studies have shown that co-infection with respiratory viruses and bacteria is an important cause of respiratory diseases.Therefore, mechanism of respiratory viruses and bacteria co-infection has been increasingly received widespread attention from all walks of life.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of respiratory viruses and bacteria co-infection in terms of pathogen interaction, pathological damage, and host immune regulation mechanisms based on the research progress in recent years.This review will provide important references for the research on mechanisms of viruses and bacteria co-infection and the prevention and control of respiratory tract infectious diseases.
