摘要
针对我国铁路货车车轴检修过程中发现的轮座周向裂纹问题,对缺陷部位进行了细致的试验分析,结合车轴设计图纸对裂纹产生的机理进行了理论分析,总结了非突悬结构轮对设计易造成车辆运营过程中轮毂孔与轮座接触部位产生微动磨损的特点,对既有非突悬结构设计的客货车辆车轴检修提出了建议。
In view of the circumferential cracks found in the wheel seat during the maintenance of freight train axles in China,a detailed test analysis was carried out on the defective parts.Based on the axle design drawings,the paper theoretically analyzes the mechanism of crack generation,and summarizes the characteristics that the design of wheel sets with non overhanging structure is easy to cause fretting wear at the contact part between wheel hub holes and axles during train operation.At last the paper puts forward suggestions for the maintenance of passenger and freight train axles with existing non overhanging structure design.
