摘要
文中对高速动车组轴抱死运营故障频率较高的问题进行了探究,首先对速度传感器的检测原理进行了分析,然后对典型的轴抱死故障进行了现车试验、软件检测逻辑分析和试验台测试,最后对典型测试结果进行总结分析,并制定了优化方案。文中对现车试验分析、模拟测试和优化措施进行了详细介绍。
The problem of“axle blocked”is studied,which is with a high failure frequency in operation for EMU.The detection principle of speed sensor is analyzed.Then vehicle test,software detection logic analysis and experimental platform test of the typical“axle blocked”failure are carried out.Finally,the typical test results are analyzed,and the optimization scheme is formulated.In this paper,the analysis of vehicle test,simulation tests and optimization measure are introduced in detail.
