摘要
文中针对城市轨道交通车辆交流牵引电机易出现的轴承电蚀故障,从牵引电机、牵引逆变器和车辆角度分别进行相关机理的分析,并提出多种轴承电蚀预防方法。基于其中的几种方法,结合某地铁增购列车项目实际工程需求,针对性地提出了轴电压控制方案,并进行相关的试验验证,达到了预期的效果。
Aiming at the bearing corrosion defaults of AC traction motor of urban rail transit vehicles,this paper analyses the relevant mechanism from the perspectives of traction motor,traction inverters and vehicles,several preventive methods of bearing corrosion are put forward.Based on several methods and combined with the actual engineering requirements of a Metro Train Purchase Project,the control scheme of axle voltage is put forward pertinently,and the relevant experimental approvement is carried out,which achieves the expected results.
