双壁钢围堰结构碳排放计算及减排优化方法研究

摘要 双壁钢围堰作为深水桥梁基础施工的挡水外围结构,以其构造简单、拼装方便、能承受较大水压力以及安全性高、适用性广等优势被广泛应用。本文基于目前有关研究成果,确定适宜的碳排放计算方法,构建双壁钢围堰结构在生产建造阶段、运输阶段和施工建设阶段碳排放数学计算模型,并依托某工程实例,计算出双壁钢围堰各阶段的碳排量。通过Rhino建模、迈达斯有限元分析对工程施工进行减排优化,计算得出相应可减少的碳排量,并提出针对性减排优化策略,以期为相似工程提供参考。 As a water retaining peripheral structure for the foundation construction of deep-water bridges, double-walled steel cofferdams are widely used for their simple structure, convenient assembly, ability to withstand large water pressure, high safety and wide applicability. Based on the current research results, this paper determines the appropriate carbon emission calculation method and establishes a mathematical calculation model of carbon emissions of double-walled steel cofferdam structures in the production and construction stages, transportation stages and construction stages. And relying on a certain project example, the carbon emission of each stage of the double-walled steel cofferdam is calculated. Through Rhino modeling and Midas finite element analysis, the emissions of engineering construction is reduced, the corresponding carbon emissions that can be reduced are calculated, and the targeted emission reduction optimization strategies are proposed, hoping to provide reference for similar projects.
