摘要
文章提出了一种基于GOOSE机制的牵引网成套保护解决方案,通过增加馈线保护和主变保护的GOOSE信号闭锁逻辑、牵引变电所和开闭所的保护定值配合机制,解决目前牵引供电系统在运行中存在的母线短路保护速动性不足、牵引变压器低压侧死区故障难以切除、开闭所继电保护与牵引所继电保护配合不足导致停电范围扩大等问题。新方案可以缩短停电范围并快速切除故障,与原有保护方案相比成本低、原理简单容易实现、可适用于新建线路和已投运工程的升级改造。
This paper proposes a complete set of protection solution for traction network based on GOOSE mechanism, by adding the GOOSE signal blocking logic of feeder protection and main transformer protection, and the protection setting coordination mechanism of traction substation and switching station. This protection scheme can solve the problems existing in the current operation of traction power supply system, such as the lack of quick action of bus bar short-circuit protection, the difficulty in removing the low-voltage side dead zone fault of traction transformer, and the expansion of power outage caused by the insufficient coordination between the relay protection of opening and closing and the relay protection of traction. The new solution can shorten the scope of power outages and remove faults quickly. Compared with the original protection scheme, the cost is lower, the principle is simple and easier to implement, and it can be applied to the new line and the upgrade of the project already in operation.
