2021年12月3日,水利部召开强化流域治理管理工作会议,李国英部长在会上发表讲话,提出了强化流域治理管理的“四个统一”重点任务,即统一规划、统一治理、统一调度、统一管理。强化流域治理管理,是对习近平总书记治水重要讲话指示批示精神的有力贯彻,为流域管理机构更好履行职能提供了行动指南。水利部松辽水利委员会深入贯彻会议精神,立足松辽流域特点和工作实际,在“四个统一”方面真抓实干,为推动东北全面振兴、全方位振兴提供坚实的水安全保障。

On December 3,2021,the Ministry of Water Resources held a Conference on Strengthening River Basin Governance and Management.Minister Li Guoying delivered a speech at the meeting,putting forward four tasks for strengthening river basin governance and management,namely unified planning,unified governance,unified dispatch and unified management of river basins.Strengthening river basin governance and management is a powerful implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping s important speech and instructions on water governance,and provides a guide for river basin commissions to better perform their functions.The Songliao River Water Resources Commission has thoroughly put in place the spirit of the conference,and carried out concrete measures for undertaking the four tasks for strengthening river basin governance and management based on the characteristics and actual work of the Songliao River Basin,so as to provide a solid water security guarantee for the all-round revitalization of Northeast China.
