This paper analyses typical cases of river and lake patrolling,management and maintenance,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grassroots river and lake patrolling,management and maintenance system and solve the“last kilometer”problem,from the aspects of implementing management and maintenance responsibilities,improving management and maintenance mechanisms,and clarifying management and maintenance requirements.
