盆底生物反馈电刺激联合中药熏蒸治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床研究

Effect of pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on postpartum stress urinary incontinence

目的研究盆底生物反馈电刺激结合中药熏蒸治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床效果。方法选择我院自然分娩产妇108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予盆底生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组给予盆底生物反馈电刺激结合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组治疗后症状改善及盆底肌力恢复情况。结果两组治疗后国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICI-Q-SF)得分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;两组尿失禁生活质量表(I-QOL)得分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后盆底肌力和疲劳度都有明显改善,且观察组比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论盆底生物反馈电刺激结合中药熏蒸治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果明显优于只使用盆底生物反馈电刺激治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 108 parturients who delivered naturally were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,54 cases in each group.The control group only received pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation,the observation group was given pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The improvement of symptoms and recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,ICI-Q-SF scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).I-QOL scores in both groups increased compared with before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Pelvic floor muscle strength and fatigue were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For postpartum stress urinary incontinence,the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation is obviously better than that of pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation alone.
