摘要
目的对比介入性超声与常规超声在原发性卵巢癌(POC)腹膜转移中的临床诊断效果。方法选择我院收治的疑似POC腹膜转移的患者92例,将外科手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,观察常规超声与介入性超声对于POC腹膜转移的诊断结果,并比较常规超声与介入性超声对于POC腹膜转移诊断的特异度、灵敏度与准确率。分析POC腹膜转移的超声表现。检查后6个月随访,观察有无针道转移并发症问题。结果介入性超声对于POC腹膜转移患者诊断的特异度、灵敏度与诊断准确率均较常规超声高(P<0.05)。POC腹膜转移患者超声下表现以癌性腹水与转移性肿瘤结节为主。检查后6个月随访,所有患者未见针道转移并发症。结论相较于常规超声,介入性超声对于POC腹膜转移的临床诊断效果更为显著,为后续疾病治疗提供了较为准确的信息,值得应用及推广。
Objective To compare the clinical diagnostic effect of interventional ultrasonography and conventional ultrasonography in peritoneal metastasis of primary ovarian cancer(POC).Methods A total of 92 patients suspected with POC peritoneal metastasis were selected.Taking the pathologically diagnostic results as the gold standard,the diagnostic results of conventional ultrasonography and interventional ultrasonography for POC peritoneal metastasis were observed,and the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of conventional ultrasonography and interventional ultrasonography for the diagnosis of POC peritoneal metastasis were compared.The ultrasonographic appearance of POC peritoneal metastases was analyzed.With 6 months’follow-up after the examination,the study observed whether there are complications of needle tract transfer.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of interventional ultrasound for the diagnosis of POC peritoneal metastases were higher than those of conventional ultrasound(P<0.05).For POC peritoneal metastases,the ultrasound manifestations were mainly cancerous ascites and metastatic tumor nodules.With 6 months’follow-up after the examination,no needle tract transfer complications were found in all patients.Conclusion Compared with conventional ultrasound,interventional ultrasound is more effective in the clinical diagnosis of POC peritoneal metastasis,provides more accurate information for subsequent disease treatment,and has clinical promotion and application value.
