鼻腔冲洗联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效

Efficacy of nasal irrigation combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨鼻腔冲洗联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的AR患者82例,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组予以布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼻腔冲洗治疗,比较两组疗效、鼻炎结膜炎生活质量(RQLQ)评分、鼻部症状视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、下气道呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)值、小气道功能指标[25%肺活量呼气瞬间流速(Vmax25%)、50%肺活量呼气瞬间流速(Vmax50%)、最大呼气中期流量(MEFV)]。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组情感反应、行为问题、眼部症状、鼻部症状、非鼻部症状、睡眠、日常活动评分、打喷嚏、鼻痒、流涕、鼻塞评分及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Vmax25%、Vmax50%、MEFV高于对照组,FENO值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AR患者采用鼻腔冲洗联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,提升生活质量,促进病情恢复。

Objective To explore the efficacy of nasal irrigation combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 82 AR patients who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with nasal irrigation on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,rhinitis conjunctivitis life quality(RQLQ)score,nasal symptom visual analogue scale(VAS)score,lower airway expiratory nitric oxide(FENO)value and small airway function indicators[25%vital capacity expiratory instantaneous velocity(Vmax25%),50%vital capacity expiratory instantaneous velocity(Vmax50%),maximum mid-expiratory flow(MEFV)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the emotional reactions,behavioral problems,eye symptoms,nasal symptoms,non-nasal symptoms,sleep,daily activity scores,sneezing,nasal itching,runny nose,nasal congestion and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Vmax25%,Vmax50%and MEFV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the FENO value was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal irrigation combined with budesonide nasal spray for AR patients is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of disease.
