Study on the Reform of Administrative Examination and Approval Mechanism under the Modernization of Maritime Governance

通过分析现行海事行政审批制度,借鉴相关地区的先进经验,按照治理现代化的要求,提出海事行政审批机制的改革意见和建议,加快推进政务服务标准化规范化便利化。

Based on a study of the current maritime administrative examination and approval system and through learning from the advanced experience of relevant regions,the paper puts forward suggestions and recommendations on the reform of the maritime administrative examination and approval mechanism in accordance with the requirements of governance modernization,and suggests accelerating the standardization,regulation and facilitation of government services.
