在沿海无线电干扰对海上通信产生不利影响的背景下,结合构建“陆海空天”一体化水上交通运输安全保障体系的通信需求,提出了海上无线电干扰监测系统建设思路、主要功能、性能要求以及“互联网+测向”理念。

Under the background that coastal radio interference occurs from time to time,making an adverse impact on maritime communication support,and based on the requirements for communication in the construction of the integrated"land,sea,air and sky"water transportation safety guarantee system,this paper puts forward the main ideas,major functions,performance requirements and the"Internet+direction finding"concepts for the construction of the maritime radio interference monitoring system.
