Practical Exploration of the Westward Bohai Sea Route for 400,000DWT Ore Carriers

通过介绍渤海水域深水航线的选择,分析渤海潮汐特点及船舶乘潮情况,获取多艘40万吨级VLOC实船重载乘潮西行渤海实际航行数据,对比分析船舶实测水深数据和海图水深数据,对40万吨级VLOC满载西行渤海直靠曹妃甸港提出了相关建议,以期为港口发展、提高航运公司效益等提供借鉴。

Based on an introduction of the selection of deep-water routes in the Bohai Sea,this article studies the tidal characteristics and ships'tide riding.It obtains the actual navigation data of heavy loaded 400,000 DWT VLOCs riding the tide westward in the Bohai Sea and makes a comparative study between the measured water depth and the water depth in the chart.It also puts forward suggestions for full-loaded 400,000 DWT VLOCs to sail westward in the Bohai Sea directly to Caofeidian port,with a view to providing reference on port development and shipping company performance improvement.
