摘要 介绍了计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)和3D打印技术的概念,从口腔颌面外科疾病治疗、脊柱疾病治疗、四肢骨折治疗、骨盆骨折治疗4个方面综述了基于CAD的3D打印技术在复杂骨科疾病治疗中的应用现状,分析了该技术的优势与不足。指出了随着基于CAD的3D打印技术的发展,该技术将在辅助复杂骨科疾病治疗中发挥更大的作用。 The concepts of computer aided design(CAD) and 3D printing technology were introduced. The current status of the application of CAD-based 3D printing technology in the treatment of complex orthopedic diseases was reviewed from four aspects: treatment of oral and maxillofacial diseases, treatment of spinal diseases, treatment of limb fractures and treatment of pelvic fractures. The advantages and shortcomings of the technology were analyzed. It’s pointed out that CAD-based 3D printing technology would play a great role in assisted treatment of complex orthopedic diseases.
