大跨浅埋隧道洞口钢花管注浆加固技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决大跨弱围岩浅埋隧道洞口施工难度大的问题,以广东省深汕西高速改扩建TJ7合同段深汕隧道为依托工程,针对隧道进洞施工的技术难点,重点阐述钢花管注浆加固技术的工艺流程、关键技术以及钢花管注浆的具体实施过程。施工结果表明,钢花管注浆加固技术工期短、效果好,可为同类型的隧道洞口施工提供技术参考。 In order to solve the problem of the difficulty in construction of the tunnel entrance of the shallow buried tunnel with large span and weak surrounding rock, the project, based on the reconstruction and expansion of the Shenshan Tunnel of the TJ7 contract section of the Shenshan West Expressway in Guangdong Province, puts forward a new technological method.The technical process, key technologies and concrete implementation process of grouting reinforcement technology of steel flower tube is illustrated. The results show that the grouting reinforcement technology of steel pipe has a short construction period and good effect, and the research results can provide technical reference for the construction of tunnel openings of the same type.
