工程管理专业评估的影响因素层级关系分析

Hierarchical Relationship Analysis of Influencing Factors in Engineering Management Specialty Evaluation

工程管理专业评估受到学生素质、培养目标、毕业要求、持续改进、课程体系、师资队伍和支持条件等多方面因素的影响,各因素间关系复杂交错。选用解释结构模型方法对工程管理专业评估影响因素间的层级关系进行分析,厘清影响工程管理专业评估的表层、中间层和深层次因素。结果表明,学分认定制度、学习成果评估、专业能力、课程设置、毕业设计(论文)和师资队伍结构要求是影响工程管理专业评估的深层次因素,也是工程管理专业评估中最关键的影响因素。提高专业建设水平、优化专业评估质量需重点关注工程管理专业评估的深层次因素。

The evaluation of Engineering Management specialty is affected by many factors,such as students’quality,training objectives,graduation requirements,continuous improvement,curriculum system,teaching staff and support conditions,and the relationship among various factors is complex and interlaced.This paper analyzes the hierarchical relationship among the influencing factors of engineering management specialty evaluation by using the Interpretive Structure Modeling method,and clarifies the surface,intermediate and deep-seated factors that affect the specialty evaluation of Engineering Management.The results show that the credit recognition system,learning achievement evaluation,professional ability,curriculum setting,graduation design(thesis)and faculty structure requirements are the deep-seated factors affecting the specialty evaluation of Engineering Management,and also the most critical influencing factors in the specialty evaluation of Engineering Management,which should be focused on.To improve the professional construction level and optimize the professional evaluation quality,the college needs to focus on the deep-seated factors of the specialty evaluation of Engineering Management.
