摘要
后勤是医院正常运行的重要保障,医院智慧化建设的不断发展对后勤管理工作提出了更高的要求。医院后勤管理系统需要不断升级迭代,适应新形势下的医院管理模式,以达到降低成本、提高效率的目的。复旦大学附属中山医院通过一站式服务与后勤服务咨询平台的建设,实现了管理工作的数字化、规范化和系统化,不仅降低了管理成本,还极大提高了医院的管理能力和运行效率,为实现后勤与临床的良好沟通,提高后勤服务的质量和效率,以及医院快速平稳的运转提供了坚实后盾。
Logistics is an important guarantee for the normal operation of hospitals,and the continuous development of hospital intelligent construction has put forward higher requirements for logistics management.The hospital logistics management system needs to be continuously upgraded and iterated to adapt to the hospital management mode under the new situation,so as to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University has realized the digitalization,standardization and systematization of management work through the construction of one-stop service and consulting logistics service consulting platform,which not only reduces management costs,but also greatly improves the hospital′s management ability and operational efficiency,and provides a solid backing for better communication between logistics and clinical services,improving the quality and efficiency of logistics services,and the rapid and stable operation of the hospital.
