手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者手术治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Surgical Treatment for Patients with Scar Contracture Deformity after Hand Burn

目的 对手术治疗手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的效果进行分析。方法 取2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的48例手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者作为本次研究对象,共56只手,均予以手术治疗,分析手术治疗效果,并对比术后不同阶段时TAM值、ADL评分、外观满意度评分。结果 48例患者(56只手)手术均成功;出院半年后患者手部形态恢复较好,手部功能基本恢复正常,没有发生再次挛缩的症状。与治疗后第1个月时比较,在治疗第6个月时患者TAM值、ADL评分、外观满意度评分均较高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术治疗手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形效果较好,不仅可以彻底去除瘢痕,更纠正了畸形,保证了手部形态及功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment of scar contracture deformity after hand burn. Methods Forty-eight patients with scar contracture deformity after hand burn treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. A total of 56 hands were treated with surgery. The effect of surgical treatment was analyzed and compared after surgery. TAM value, ADL score and appearance satisfaction score at different stages. Results The operation was successful in 48 patients(56 hands). After six months of discharge, the patient’s hand shape recovered well, the hand function returned to normal, and no contracture occurred again. Compared with the first month after treatment, the TAM value, ADL score, and appearance satisfaction score of the patients were higher at the sixth month of treatment, and the data differences were statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion Surgical treatment of scar contracture deformity after hand burn is effective. It can not only completely remove the scar, but also correct the deformity and ensure the shape and function of the hand.
