Clinical Effect of Corrective Treatment of Refractive Amblyopia in Preschool Children

目的 研究学龄前儿童屈光不正性弱视矫正治疗的临床效果。方法 于我院弱视儿童中随机抽取84例,随机分为两组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加多功能弱视矫治协调器治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为71.43%,观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,P<0.05。对照组矫正视力(0.58±0.07),屈光度(3.56±0.81)D,观察组矫正视力(0.76±0.05),屈光度(1.49±0.85)D,P<0.05。对照组调节幅度(13.13±0.81)D,调节滞后量(1.21±0.20)D,调节灵敏度(6.37±0.54)次/分,观察组调节幅度(15.50±0.89)D,调节滞后量(0.68±0.26)D,调节灵敏度(7.20±0.48)次/分,P<0.05。结论 对屈光不正性弱视儿童采取矫正治疗,坚持佩戴矫治眼镜,积极进行精细锻炼,配合多功能弱视矫治协调器,可有效刺激视觉系统,促进视觉发育,有效改善视力功能和调节功能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of correction treatment for refractive amblyopia in preschool children. Methods A random sample of 84 children with amblyopia in our hospital was randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with a multifunctional amblyopia correction coordinator to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 71.43%, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%, P<0.05. The control group had corrected vision(0.58±0.07) and diopter(3.56±0.81) D, corrected visual acuity(0.76±0.05), diopter(1.49±0.85) D in the observation group, P<0.05. In the control group, the adjustment range was(13.13±0.81) D, the adjustment hysteresis amount(1.21±0.20) D, and the adjustment sensitivity(6.37±0.54) times/min, in the observation group, the adjustment range was(15.50±0.89) D, the adjustment hysteresis(0.68±0.26) D, and the adjustment sensitivity(7.20±0.48) times/min, the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion To take corrective treatment for children with refractive amblyopia, insist on wearing corrective glasses, actively perform fine exercises, and cooperate with the multifunctional amblyopia correction coordinator, which can effectively stimulate the visual system, promote visual development, and effectively improve the visual function and adjustment function.
