优质护理干预对老年胰十二指肠切除术围手术期的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Period of Pancreaticoduodenectomy in Elderly Patients

目的 评价老年胰十二指肠切除术患者围手术期运用优质护理干预的效果,在提高护理质量的基础上提高患者安全性、促进术后康复。方法 选择我院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的老年胰十二指肠切除术患者84例,结合围手术期方案进行分组,采取随机法。对照组(n=42)老年患者采取围手术期常规护理,观察组(n=42)老年患者采取围手术期优质护理干预。比较对照组与观察组老年胰十二指肠切除术患者术后恢复情况、满意度以及相关并发症情况。结果 组间术后腹腔引流管拔除时间、排气时间、住院时间比较,观察组用时均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。组间护理满意度与术后安全性情况比较,观察组均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 考虑手术以及老年患者的特殊性和个体特点,强化老年胰十二指肠切除术围手术期优质护理干预可以进一步促进患者术后康复、提高安全性与满意度,护理整体效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of quality nursing intervention during perioperative period in elderly patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy, so as to improve the safety of patients and promote postoperative rehabilitation on the basis of improving the quality of nursing. Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020were selected and grouped according to the perioperative protocol. The elderly patients in the control group(n=42) were given routine perioperative nursing, while the elderly patients in the observation group(n=42) were given quality perioperative nursing intervention. The postoperative recovery, satisfaction and related complications of elderly patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy were compared between the control group and the observation group. Results Compared with the control group, the time of abdominal drainage tube removal, exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Comparing nursing satisfaction and postoperative safety between groups, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Considering the operation and the particularity and individual characteristics of elderly patients, strengthening the quality nursing intervention during perioperative pancreaticoduodenectomy can further promote the postoperative recovery, improve the safety and satisfaction of elderly patients, and the overall nursing effect is significant.
