剪刀体位护理在股骨转子间骨折患者中的应用效果

Effect of Scissor Position Nursing in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture Patients

目的 评价股骨转子间骨折患者运用剪刀体位护理干预的价值,为股骨转子间骨折治疗护理工作提供参考。方法 选择我院骨科2018年7月至2019年6月收治的股骨转子间骨折患者94例,采用随机数字表法分组护理,对照组47例患者行截石体位护理干预,观察组47例患者行手术室剪刀体位护理干预。比较两组患者的手术时间、透视次数、术中出血、术后恢复(肛门排气、首次下床、住院)时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术后恢复时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量、透视次数均少于对照组,术后阴部不适、患侧肌肉疼痛等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 予以股骨转子间骨折患者手术室剪刀体位护理干预可以减少患者手术损伤,提高手术安全性,加速患者的康复。

Objective To evaluate the value of scissor position nursing intervention for patients with intertrochanteric fracture, so as to provide reference for the treatment and nursing of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 94 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to the department of orthopedics of our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected. Patients were assigned to nursing groups with random number table method. In the control group, 47 patients received lithotomy position nursing intervention;in the observation group, 47 patients received operating room scissor position nursing intervention. The operative time, number of fluoroscopy, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative recovery(anal exhaust, first getting out of bed, hospitalization) and postoperative complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The operative time and postoperative recovery time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and fluoroscopy were less than those in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications such as pudendal discomfort and muscle pain in the affected side was less than those in the control group, there were significant differences in the PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fracture between the two groups, with statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion The operation room scissor position nursing intervention for patients with intertrochanteric fracture can reduce the surgical injury, improve the safety and accelerate the recovery of patients.
