中国县域村镇空间扩展效应评价指标体系的构建及实证分析

Construction and Empirical Analysis of Spatial Expansion Effect Evaluation Index System of Counties and Towns in China

村镇作为连接城市、服务乡村的关键节点,推进其协调发展,实现其功能衔接互补,是实现县域内城乡融合发展的关键。本文基于文献梳理和文件研究建立共性指标库,并通过实地调研与访谈确定个性指标,最终从社会、经济、生态三个维度构建出一套县域村镇空间扩展效应评价指标体系。并以四川省雅安市为研究区,对村镇空间扩展的经济效应、社会效应、生态效应进行实证分析,其评价结果与实地调研走访情况对比发现能够较为客观综合地反映雅安市村镇空间扩展的实际情况。该指标体系不仅可以丰富村镇扩展效应研究范式,也可以广泛指导与应用于村镇可持续发展实践。

Villages and towns are the key nodes connecting cities and serving villages, promoting the coordinated development of villages and towns and realizing the convergence and complementarity of functions of villages and towns are the key to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas within a county. Common index is founded based on the literature review and document research library, and through the field investigation and interview to determine personality indicators, finally a three dimensions county town spatial extension effect evaluation index system is constructed from the social, economic, ecological. Then Ya’an of Sichuan Province is taken as the research area to conducte the empirical analysis ofvillages and towns spatial extension of economic effect, social effect and ecological effect. The comparison between the evaluation results and the field survey and interview shows that it can objectively and comprehensively reflect the actual situation of rural spatial expansion in Ya’an City. The index system can not only enrich the research paradigm of rural expansion effect, but also widely guide and apply to the practice of rural sustainable development.
