数字技术在特色村镇规划编制中的应用探索

Application and Exploration of Digital Technology in the Planning of Distinctive Villages and Towns

村镇规划要求厘清村镇发展的需求与思路,编制具有指导性、实践性的规划方案,是一项涉及自然环境、社会经济、历史文化等多方面的复杂工作。数字化技术的快速发展,为特色村镇规划编制提供了更多源的本底数据获取方式、更便捷的公众参与形式、更科学高效的方案展示技术和更直观的方案比选手段。本文融合倾斜摄影、移动互联网、虚拟现实等技术,搭建特色村镇规划编制辅助分析系统,结合福建省福州市平潭县青峰村保护性规划项目实践,探索新一代数字化技术在特色村镇规划编制中的应用。

The comilation of village-town planning requires clarifying the development needs and ideas,and formulating instructive and practical plans, which is a complex work involving natural environment, social economy, history and culture, and so on. The rapid development of digital technology has provided more multiplesource of data acquisition methods, more convenient forms of public participation, more scientific and efficient plan display technology, and more intuitive plan comparison methods for the planning of villages and towns with distinctive features. In this paper, oblique aerial photography, mobile Internet, virtual reality and other technologies are integrated to build an auxiliary analysis system for the planning of distinctive villages and towns. Combined with the practice of protective planning program in Qingfeng Village of Pingtan County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, it explores the application of a new-generation of digital technology in the planning of disitinctive villages and towns.
