新时代中国以绿色发展优化区域经济布局的实践探索与展望

China’s Practical Exploration in Optimizing Regional EconomicLayout by Green Development in the New Era and Its Future Prospect

党的十八大以来,在习近平生态文明思想和习近平经济思想的指引下,我国牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,坚定不移走生态优先、绿色发展的现代化道路,以绿色发展为导向推进区域重大战略、区域协调发展战略的实施取得显著成效,促进了优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济布局和国土空间体系的构建。新时代新征程,需要继续坚持人与自然和谐共生,发挥各地区资源禀赋优势,推动不同类型区域绿色低碳高质量发展;发挥京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区等区域在协同推进降碳、减污、扩绿、增长中的引领和示范作用,打造国家重大战略绿色发展高地;以绿色发展为导向推进区域协调发展新机制建设,推动区域经济布局的优化。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,our country has,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and Xi Jinping Economic Thought,firmly established and practised the philosophy that lucid waters and lush mountains are valuable assets,and resolutely marched forward on the modernization road of ecology-first green development.We have made obvious achievements in boosting the implementation of the strategy of regional coordinated development and other important regional strategies by green development,and promoted the construction of regional economic layout and territorial spatial system for high-quality development with complementary advantages.On the new journey in the new era,we should insist on the harmonious coexistence between human and nature,bring into full play the advantages of different regions in resource endowment,and promote the green,low-carbon and high-quality development in regions of different types;we should bring into play the functions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other regions as the leaders and models in coordinately promoting carbon reduction,pollution reduction,greening and growth,and actively set examples with excellent performance in national strategies of green development;and we should base upon the orientation of green development to propel the building of the new mechanism for regional coordinated development,and promote the optimization of regional economic layout.
