摘要
利用Python语言开发管节点热点应力集中因子(Stress Concentration Factor,SCF)计算模块、管节点疲劳应力时程计算模块,提出基于整体耦合模型的海上风机疲劳分析方法。以基于NREL 5 MW基础风机与NREL OC4导管架基础结构设计的样本风机为研究对象,开展典型疲劳工况下海上风机整体结构的动力反应分析。基于整体耦合疲劳分析方法,揭示耦合数值仿真模型非稳态初始反应、随机种子以及不同方向风浪作用下环境载荷耦合效应对管节点的疲劳累积损伤的影响,验证了将耦合数值仿真模型应用于海上风机结构疲劳计算的必要性。
The integrated fatigue analysis method of Offshore Wind Turbine(OWT)is established based on the tubular joint hot spot Stress Concentration Factor(SCF)calculation module and tubular joint fatigue stress time history calculation module developed by Python and the coupled aero-hydro-elastic numerical model.Taken the OWT designed referring to NREL 5 MW foundation OWT and NREL OC4 jacket foundation substructure,the dynamic structural responses of the OWT under the typical fatigue limit states are analyzed.The influence of the instantaneous initial responses of the coupling analysis model,random seeds in the generation of stochastic environmental conditions and directions of inflow winds and waves on the fatigue of the tubular joints is investigated.According to the performed research,the necessity of the coupled analysis model in the fatigue analysis of OWT is validated.
