摘要
基于南海某油田项目,系统研究水下多相流量计在实际应用过程中的材料选型,经对比后选用碳钢为本体材料,通过堆焊625合金增加其耐腐蚀性。设计插入式文丘里结构,并通过塞焊方式加工引压管。在此基础上对适应流量计自身需求的堆焊技术及其焊评进行介绍,通过试验验证对设计方案进行评定。所作研究为后续国产水下多相流量计的工程应用提供一定的借鉴意义。
Based on an oilfield project in the South China Sea,the material selection of the subsea multiphase flow meter in the actual application process is systematically studied.After comparison,the carbon steel is selected as the main material and its corrosion resistance is increased by overlaying 625 alloy.A plug-in Venturi structure is designed,and the pressure tube is fabricated by plug welding.On this basis,the overlaying welding and its welding qualification are introduced.The prototype of the subsea multiphase flow meter is evaluated through test verification.The research is of certain reference significance for the subsequent engineering application and optimization of domestic subsea multiphase flow meter.
