固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时检测饮用水中MC-LR、灭草松和2,4-D 被引量:6

摘要 目的利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法,建立一种同时检测饮用水中微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)、灭草松和2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸三种微量有机物的分析方法。方法待测水样用经乙酸乙酯、丙酮、甲醇和纯水活化后的C18萃取膜富集,用甲醇多次洗脱后浓缩定容,以保留时间和色谱分离图进行定性分析、外标法进行定量分析。结果三种化合物的检出限分别为0.123、0.118和0.151μg/L,标准曲线线性相关系数均高于0.999,回收率在85%~104%之间,保留时间均在15 min以内,实际样品检测的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.8%、2.6%、3.8%。结论该法经济、快速、准确,适用于饮用水中MC-LR、灭草松、2,4-D三种微量有机物的同时测定。 Objective To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of microcystin-LR(MC-LR),bentazone and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in drinking water by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPE/HPLC).Methods The water sample to be tested was enriched with a C18 extraction membrane activated by ethyl acetate,acetone,methanol and pure water,eluted with methanol for several times,and then concentrated to constant volume perform quantitative analysis.Results The detection limits of the three compounds were 0.123,0.118 and 0.151μg/L,the linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all higher than 0.999,the recoveries were between 85%and 104%,and the retention times were all within 15 min.The relative standard deviation(RSD)were 4.8%,2.6%,and 3.8%,respectively.Conclusion This method is economical,rapid and accurate,and is suitabl for the simultaneous determination of three trace organic compounds in drinking water,MC-LR,bentazone and 2,4-D.
