后疫情时代中国物流业效率及区域差异测度:南北差异的比较

Measurement of Logistics Efficiency and Regional Differences in Post-epidemic China:A Comparison of North-south Differences

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)严重影响了中国物流业的发展格局,为充分把脉物流业发展现状,统筹推进流通体系建设、构建双循环新发展格局,采用全局参比的超效率SBM模型测度了疫情前后(2019-2020年)中国物流业效率演变趋势,在此基础上以南北差距为切入点,利用Dagum基尼系数细致考察了物流业效率的区域差距格局。研究表明2020年中国物流业效率明显下降,物流业效率均值由0.73降为0.52。此外,中国物流业效率的总体区域差距略微降低,北方各省域间的物流业效率差距明显高于南方,区域内差距是物流业效率总体差距的主要来源。

COVID-19 has seriously affected the development pattern of China’s logistics industry.In order to fully assess the development status of the logistics industry,promote the construction of the circulation system as a whole,and construct a new development pattern of double circulation,this paper used the super-efficiency SBM model with global reference to measure the efficiency evolution trend of China’s logistics industry before and after the epidemic(2019-2020).On this basis,taking the North-south gap as the starting point and using Dagum Gini coefficient,the regional disparity pattern of logistics industry efficiency is carefully investigated.The research shows that the efficiency of China’s logistics industry decreased significantly in 2020,with the average efficiency of the logistics industry decreasing from 0.73 to 0.52.In addition,the overall regional gap of logistics industry efficiency in China has slightly decreased,and the inter-regional gap of logistics industry efficiency in northern China is significantly higher than that in southern China,and the intra-regional gap is the main source of the overall gap in logistics industry efficiency.
