结果导向下临床学院教学效果的SWOT分析

摘要 目的了解医学院校临床教学医院的教学效果,以便更好地推动临床教学同质化。方法选取某医学院临床医学2015级全体学生为研究对象,利用大样本t检验分析校本部培养学生与临床学院培养学生的专业核心课程成绩差异,同时采用SWOT(Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats)方法分析临床教学过程中存在的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战。结果在内科学、外科学、妇产科学及儿科学等4门临床专业核心课程考试中临床学院学生成绩均高于校本部学生;在毕业综合考试中,校本部学生成绩高于临床学院学生。结论在临床学院与学校本部各教学环节保持教学同质化的基础上,临床学院所采用的小班教学制、床旁教学制、导师制等教学模式符合临床医学专业学生的培养规律。 Objective To understand the teaching effect of clinical teaching hospitals in medical colleges and universities,so as to better promote the homogeneity of clinical teaching.Methods Students majoring in clinical medicine,enrolled in 2015 in a medical school were included as observational subjects.students’t-test for large samples was used to analyze the difference between academic achievement in core curriculums in the students trained in school headquarters and those of clinical college.SWOT tool was used to estimate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the process of clinical teaching.Results Students of clinical college scored higher in the four core professional courses,including internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics than those educated in school headquarters.However,in the comprehensive graduation examination,students from the school headquarters scored higher than those from clinical colleges.Conclusion On the basis of maintaining teaching homogeneity in all teaching links of the clinical college and the school headquarters,the small-scale class teaching,bedside teaching and tutorial systems adopted in clinical teaching hospitals should better comply with the pattern to cultivate students majoring in clinical medicine.
