The rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke were reviewed.Functional assessment involves peripheral functional assessment including scale assessment,neuroelectrophysiological assessment,rehabilitation equipment assessment,and central function assessment including functional magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion tensor imaging,and transcranial magnetic stimulation.Rehabilitation involves peripheral rehabilitation such as exercise therapy and occupational therapy,physical factor therapy,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,rehabilitation engineering,central rehabilitation therapy such as transcranial magnetic stimulation,transcranial direct current stimulation,brain-computer interface,visual feedback trainingmirror motor therapy,virtual reality technology,and central-peripheral-central rehabilitation therapy.
