自适应大流量安全阀阀腔气蚀影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于自适应大流量安全阀的结构及工作原理,建立了三维实体模型,并利用ANSYS FLUENT软件对安全阀进行了流场分析,得到了一级直动阀与一级锥阀的压力、速度、气体体积分数等云图;为进一步研究自适应大流量安全阀二级差动锥阀不同开度下二级阀芯及阀套发生气蚀现象的位置,通过设置二级锥形差动阀芯开度为1、2、3 mm等进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:一级阀芯出液口处压力损失最大,一级阀芯出液口处流体最大速度及气体体积分数含量较高的区域面积都为一级直动阀的大;随着二级阀芯开度的增大,二级阀芯开口处压力值由负值变为正值且逐渐增大,阀芯密封处气体体积分数含量在逐渐减少;研究结果为安全阀后续的流场分析及加工工艺提供了理论依据。 Based on the structure and working principle of the adaptive large flow safety valve,the three-dimensional solid model of the adaptive large-flow safety valve is established.The flow field of the safety valve is analyzed by ANSYS FLUENT software,and the cloud diagrams of pressure,velocity and gas volume fraction of the first-stage direct valve and the first-stage poppet valve are obtained.In order to further study the location of cavitation phenomenon in the secondary valve spool and valve sleeve under different opening degrees of the secondary differential cone valve of the adaptive large flow safety valve,simulation analysis was carried out by setting the secondary conical differential valve spool opening degrees as 1 mm,2 mm,3 mm,etc.The simulation results show that the pressure loss of the liquid outlet of the first stage spool is the largest,and the area with higher fluid maximum velocity and gas volume fraction at the outlet of the first-stage spool is larger than that of the first-stage direct acting valve.With the increase of the opening of the secondary valve core,the pressure value at the opening of the secondary valve core changes from negative value to positive value and gradually increases,and the gas volume fraction content at the valve core seal gradually decreases.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent flow field analysis and processing technology of the safety valve.
