摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素E添加水平对蛋种鸭繁殖性能及子代雏鸭生长性能、抗氧化性能的影响,为维生素E在蛋种鸭饲粮中的合理应用提供参考依据。选择健康、体重接近的120日龄福建龙岩麻鸭504只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只。各组蛋种鸭饲粮维生素E添加水平分别为0、12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0和200.0 mg/kg。子代雏鸭饲喂相同的基础饲粮,维生素E添加水平为20.0 mg/kg。蛋种鸭饲养期24周,子代雏鸭饲养期4周。结果表明:1)随着饲粮维生素E添加水平的增加,蛋种鸭血浆和肝脏α-生育酚含量呈现线性和二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。2)饲粮维生素E添加水平对蛋种鸭种蛋受精率、孵化率及健雏率无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著影响输卵管重量和优势卵泡重量(P<0.05)。饲粮维生素E添加水平为12.5 mg/kg时,输卵管重量和优势卵泡重量最高。饲粮维生素E添加水平对子代雏鸭的平均日增重、料重比和28日龄体重均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)饲粮维生素E添加水平显著影响子代雏鸭血浆和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量以及血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),饲粮维生素E添加水平显著影响子代雏鸭肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶-1(GPX-1)mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加12.5 mg/kg维生素E可促进蛋种鸭卵巢发育,更高的维生素E添加水平对繁殖性能没有显著的改善作用。饲粮添加维生素E对子代雏鸭生长性能无显著影响,但可降低子代雏鸭血浆和肝脏脂质过氧化程度,提高子代雏鸭机体抗应激水平。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin E supplemental level on reproductive performance of laying duck breeders and growth performance and antioxidant performance of offspring ducklings,to provide a reference for the rational application of vitamin E on laying ducks breeders.A total of 504 healthy 120-day-old Fujian Longyan ducks with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 14 birds in each replicate.The dietary vitamin E supplemental levels of laying duck breeders in each group were 0,12.5,25.0,50.0,100.0 and 200.0 mg/kg,respectively.The offspring ducklings were fed the same basal diet,and the dietary vitamin E supplemental level was 20.0 mg/kg.The feeding period of laying duck breeders was 24 weeks,and the feeding period of offspring ducklings was 4 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)with dietary vitamin E supplemental level increased,the content ofα-tocopherol in plasma and liver of laying duck breeders showed linear and quadratic curve changes(P<0.05).2)Dietary vitamin E supplemental level had no significant effects on the breeding eggs fertilization rate,hatching rate and healthy duckling rate of laying duck breeders(P>0.05),but significantly affected the fallopian tube weight and dominant follicle weight(P<0.05).When the dietary vitamin E supplemental level was 12.5 mg/kg,the fallopian tube weight and dominant follicle weight were the highest.Dietary vitamin E supplemental level had no significant effects on the average daily gain,feed to gain ratio and body weight at 28 days of age of offspring ducklings(P>0.05).3)Dietary vitamin E supplemental level had no significant effects on the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in plasma and liver and plasma glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of offspring ducklings(P<0.05),and dietary vitamin E supplemental level had no significant effects on the liver glutathione peroxidase-1(GPX-1)mRNA relative expression level of offspring ducklings(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 12.5 mg/kg vitamin E can promote the ovary development of laying duck breeders,and higher supplemental levels of vitamin E did not significantly improve reproductive performance.Dietary vitamin E supplemental level had no significant effect on the growth performance of offspring ducklings,but can reduce the degree of lipid peroxidation in plasma and liver of offspring ducklings,improve the anti-stress level of offspring ducklings.
