Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology to Counter-Terrorism Intelligence

[研究目的]在反恐情报中,人工智能技术让情报分析更加智能化,提升了反恐情报体系的效率,重塑了反恐情报的理念。通过研究人工智能技术在反恐情报中的应用,旨在为反恐情报的分析提供理论与方法指导,为维护国家安全提供一定的理论与实践支撑。[研究方法]首先对智能化背景下,反恐情报面临的问题进行了剖析,主要有数据收集、分析、建模、涉恐信息阻断;其次,对人工智能技术在反恐情报中的应用进行了研究,主要是从数据的重构、可视化、预测、监测等方面展开;最后,针对人工智能技术在反恐情报中的应用提出技术与人工并进、算法是核心、保密及隐私等的建议。[研究结论]人工智能技术较好解决了反恐情报中的难题,实现了智能反恐数据收集、情报处理、监测预警、预测分析、涉恐信息阻断等方面的功能。

[Research purpose]Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology is an important part of the national counter-terrorism strategy.In counter-terrorism intelligence,AI technology makes intelligence analysis more intelligent.This research provides theoretical and methodological guidance for the analysis of counter-terrorism intelligence,and makes certain contributions to safeguarding national security.[Research method]In this paper,the application of AI technology to counter-terrorism intelligence was studied.First,the questions of counter-terrorism intelligence under the intelligence background were analyzed,such as data collection,analysis,modeling,and blocking of terrorism information.Second,the status and role of AI technology in counter-terrorism intelligence were studied,mainly from aspects of reconstruction,visualization,prediction and supervision.Third,suggestions on the application of AI technology in counter-terrorism intelligence were given,such as technology and labor go hand in hand,algorithm is the core,confidentiality and privacy are important.[Research conclusion]Artificial Intelligence technology has better solved the difficult problems in counter-terrorism intelligence,and realized the functions of intelligent counter-terrorism data collection,intelligence processing,monitoring and early warning,prediction and analysis,and terrorism-related information blocking.
